Welcome to my world!

Thanks so much for stopping by my little piece of the cyberspace world! My name is Melissa Prosser and I eat, sleep, and breathe photography. I absoultely adore what I do and hope that joy reflects back in my work. I absolutely love photographing weddings. This day is FULL of emotions that I adore capturing.

My style of photography is a blend of documentary with a fashion portraiture twist. I want your wedding photos to reflect your day and your personality. I will never tell you to "say cheese!" I want you to be able to relive your day through the photos that I take. Please also check out an INTERVIEW with me! This will help answer a bunch of questions I'm sure!

I am also an award winning member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association and the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association. These are WORLDWIDE associations that recognize wedding photographers for their work. It is an honor to be a member of these fantastic groups, let alone winning an awards! I am also a member of the International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers.

April 4, 2009 | Helene & Brandon’s Wedding at Villa Serena

So first off, I should say bear with me. This is my first post on my new blog, so it may take me a while to figure a few things out.

Helene & Brandon threw a breathtaking wedding at Villa Serena in Conyers, Georgia. This couple is honestly one of the most hospitable couples I have ever worked for. It was truly a blessing to be a part of their day. These are just a few of my favorite photos. You can see more at their SLIDESHOW.
