Merin & Austin’s are married, FINALLY! | Lake Bridgeport, Texas | May 29, 2010

Merin & Austin threw a fantastic, super small lakeside wedding in the great state of Texas this May!  There were only 24 guests at the wedding, and I feel so honored that I was chosen to document this intimate affair!  I adore small weddings.  It’s always amazing to see the love between such a small group of family and friends.

The wedding was hosted by Austin’s grandparents who have a spectacular lakeside property in Texas.  It set the perfect tone and backdrop for Merin & Austin’s small country affair!  Merin & Austin’s relationship is also an amazing story.  They really fell in love with each other through being penpals!  Austin was deployed to Iraq, so their letters over the past five years really tell the story of their love.  Instead of a ring pillow, the letters were what supported their rings in the journey of their wedding day.  I hope you enjoy seeing their story through the photos below and their SLIDESHOW.
