Crystal and Alphesh know how to party! From the second I arrived to the bridal suite, I knew these guys were going to have one amazing day and reception! Primrose Cottage was our backdrop for this multicultural ceremony and day. Everyone looked absolutely amazing in their wedding attire for the traditional Hindu ceremony for these two newlyweds. For the reception Crystal changed into another beautiful beaded crystal top and skirt. The couple's fist dance was in the "clouds" as DJ Jazz provided the music and mood! Alphesh's family treated them to a traditional choreographed dance and then the party was on! Congrats guys!
These two lovebirds, for real. They kiss so much that all their friends even say EWWWWWW when it happens because they do it all the time! Brooke and Chris were absolutely amazing, beautiful, and so in love with each other. They tied the knot on a beautiful spring day at our favorite Wolf Mountain Vineyards and Winery in Dahlonega, Georgia. Chris wins hands down for my most expressive groom. He made the funniest faces all night which kept our job super fun! So excited for these two!
Check out these two cuties! This shoot FINALLY happened after TWO rainouts. Sheesh. This Georgia weather was all over the place this spring. I feel like we skipped spring, and now it's just summer. But whatever, I digress. We had the perfect evening for this session with Julie & Kyle, and their two fur babies Helix and Marley. Me being the dog lover that I am, I made sure to get all the snuggles and smiles I could from the kiddos too! Had a great time on this shoot!
I have to start this by saying OH MY GOSH. Amanda's dress was absolutely EVERYTHING. If I had found her dress, it would have been mine for my wedding. The beaded and crystal sheer sleeves were to die for. Amanda looked STUNNING, and FLAWLESS in this beautiful dress. Ok, off my dress talk now :) Amanda and Greg got married at their home church of Johnson Ferry Baptist (which is absolutely gorgeous, check out those window light photos), and then headed over to Indian Hills Country club for their reception. Greg works and grew up on the golf course there, so it was really special that they got to celebrate their day there! Congrats to these two cuties! Now onto the photos!
This cuter than life couple had the cutest little Misses, and we caught up to capture some moments of the family (including the beloved first born as I like to call all fur babies). Now stop being so darn cute guys. I can't handle it. Even the dog's cute hair cut and bandana. Now off to the photos...
This was my first time at the Wheeler House in Ballground, Georgia. I had heard a lot of great things about it, and it didn't disappoint! I'm sure that's why Amanda and Reed chose it for their wedding day! I went to high school with Amanda, so it was super fun to catchup with her and document her wedding! Her dress was a beautiful all lace gown, and her bridesmaids dresses were one of my favorites that I have seen in a long time. The couple did a send off with a classic car, and lavender which is one of my favorite send offs! Looks beautiful, and smells even better! Congrats guys!
This was insane. Like one of the coolest surprise parties I've ever been a part of. Janine wanted to give her partner Merle the best 60th birthday party ever. And I think she succeeded! She hired the super talented team at WM Events to coordinate, decorate, and plan this fantastic evening for her love. It started with limo service to the airport to take a private helicopter ride of the city! Merle had NO idea of what was happening as they landed on the rooftop space of Ventanas to be welcomed by all of her friends and family! Merle's precious grandson greeted her as she came down the stairs with flowers. Her face and reaction says it all. The evening continued with amazing food, live music, and two DJ's spinning. What a super fun night, and great way to kick off a year for Merle! Way to go WM and Janine for pulling this surprise off!
Raschelle and Marck are cool. Like seriously cool. So cool that they braved the cold for this super snuggly winter engagement session in Atlanta! Check out these hot outfits!!! We journeyed around their condo and right outside in their midtown neighborhood for these photos. Love how it turned out, and can't wait for their wedding this spring!
This wedding was a first for me. And I love this couple for doing what speaks to them! If anyone knows me well, I love all things cemeteries, Dia de los muertos, sugar skulls, Halloween, all of those awesome things. So when I got contacted by Abi and she said they were getting married on Friday the 13th, in October (my favorite month, hello Halloween!) in Oakland Cemetery, in an black and purple dress, I was like STOP IT! These guys did exactly what they wanted, and got married in front of one of the beautiful Mausoleums inside Oakland with just their parents and their two adorable kiddos in attendance. They hosted a super fun party at 5 Seasons Brewery the next day for all their friends to come and party with them. HOW FUN IS THIS GUYS?
Oh what fun this day was!!! I love when couple's choose venues that are a little outside of the box, and just have fun (or as Kadie said all day, you do you!). Kadie and Brandon chose the super cool restaurant of Empire State South to host their reception. The restaurant is situated next to a green outdoor space that is shared by a couple of hotels and offices, so they chose to have the ceremony and dancing there! The weather was super uncertain all day, but cleared up just before all the action!
